The mass of Mercury is 3.3 x 1023 kg. It sounds like a big number, but it's really only 5.5% the mass of Earth.

Mercury is closes to the sun, so that is why is does not take that long it takes 88 days to orbit the Sun.

Also it takes 1407.5 hour to make one rotation.

Mercury's atmosphere contains small amounts of hydrogen, helium, and oxygen. It has even tinier amounts of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

The degrees on mercury is 800 degrees Fahrenheit (430 degrees Celsius). But at nighttime i drops to -280 degrees and -180 Celsius.

This is Mercury from the hubble telescope.

The spacecrafts

Spacecraft Mariner 10

Spacecraft  Messenger

The second Spacecraft

The second is called Messenger it orbited mercury in 2011,

and mapped all of Mercurys surface. It was done mapping in 2013, Another one was lauched in 2015 and set it enter its orbit in 2022

Your weight on Mercury would be 38% of your weight on Earth.
