Badminton in Indonesia

Spencer Childs

Badminton was supposedly  started in Greece 2000 in Bandung

The rules in badminton are you would have 2 or 4 people. there would be 1 or 2 people on each side. one person would serve the shuttle over the net to the other person. when the shuttle lands in the other persons side of the court, the person who hit it earns a rally. win enough rally's to win

the overall dimension of badminton is 22 feet by 44 feet. a basic strategy is to move your opponent around quickly around the court to us up on energy on running and when they play a weak shot you can get a easy rally.

Major fouls/penalties are that the shuttle cannot touch the the net. another is that the shuttle cannot touch any of your body. even if it touches your shirt, pants, or leg it counts as a fault.
