Sport :

I'm trying to get to the swimming pool at least once a week for about an hour.

Sleep :

Getting at least 5 straight hours of sleep is important to me, less won't be enough.

Health, Lifestyle and Fitness advices

To improve my way of living, I should :

- Go to sleep earlier than used to. 

- Eat less from McDonald's and other fast foods.

- Practice more sports, go walking, bike riding, ... 

- Balance my meals with more vegetables and less cooked meat.

- Give up smoking.

- Drink less soda and alcoholic beverages, but more water.
