How do we control our dreams?

When can strategize ourselves to dream about a particular subject, like to solve a problem or to end a recurring nightmare.

We can also increase our chances of having a lucid dream like a dream within in a dream.

Why are teens so chronically sleep deprived?

Teens are so sleep deprived because of school, sports and staying up to finish homework or to catch a show. 

There is also a thing called blue light that are in electronic devices that send a signal to the brain when you it hits the receptors in your brain. This suppresses the production of melatonin and keeps teens from feeling so tired.

How does marijuana affect REM sleep?

When you quit smoking your

REM sleep has an abnormal increase. You start having sleep disturbances when you withdraw from marijuana about 24-72 hours after quitting. Marijuana affects your sleep schedule.
