Where did Cricket originate and what year?

Cricket was formed in 1725. We are not sure where it was founded, but we believe it was founded in England. 

What is the length of the game?

First class Cricket matches usually played over 3 to 5 days. With 6 hours played each day.

How does scoring occur during the game?

2 scorers keep track of who has the most runs.

What are the field dimensions of play for the sport?

There are no fixed dimensions but it is usually between 150 yard and 300 yards.

What is the basic strategy of the game?

The strategy is to score more runs than your opponent.

What are the major penalties/fouls of the game?

All teams must include 2 teams with 11 players each an a captain. There must be 2 scorers. 

What type of equipment is used for Cricket?

A ball, bat, stumps, Bails, Sight screen, and boundary.

What types of leagues are there for Cricket?

Professional, Amateur, 

How many players are involved during one game?

There are 2 teams with each 11 players.

How is Cricket played?

Cricket is a bat and ball game played between 2 teams each with 11 players. One team bats while the other fields the ball, trying to stop them from scoring. The objective is to score more runs than your opponent. 

How has the sport changed since its origination?

It has developed more and became more popular.
