The 3 major competition: swimming,cycling,running

Swimming is a type  of sport that would help with your posture, and position

cycling can help you with your leg muscle,it has the most perfect timing.

Rules 

Athletes must meet all requirments of the Events sanctioning body  including but

not limited to the sanctioning bodies licensing.

There are four types of dietary fats tran fats food ,fruit and , energy drinks
