History  of rugby. 1823- during  a game of football a rugby school in England, this 16 year old student  William Webb Ellis, caught the ball and ran with it towards the opponents goal line , rather than following the rules  of the times of catching and kicking the ball only.

The maximum of players is 15 in a team or game. The match is 40 minute halves the maximum of 10 minutes is half time. These are the things you get out for and the time.

Rules for Rugby Football

Some rules are simple ans necessary also easy to follow. some rules are necessary to know but very complex and technical. So it's best to include just the most important parts of them when getting together for basic rules. 

These are some of the things you need to play football. You need a mouth guard and a helmet also you need cleats  you also need neck collar, neck roll,jockstrap and cup,thigh hip and knee pads, shoulder pads and gloves. 

In contrast to the 80 minutes of a rugby match, an american football game lasts 60 minutes divide into 4, and a 15 minute quarters. When including clock stopping, penalties and timeouts, a football game can last 3 hours more.

The primary aim of defence has to be getting the ball back as quick as possible, as much as possible because within the laws that's how the game works.
