What day was D-Day Fun Fact
D-Day was on Saturday June 6, 1944. In over a few weeks over 1 million Allied soldiers were in Normandy, France. This started the turning point in the war.
D-Day would not be successful if the pocket watch never was invented. The pocket watch was important because they set the watches at the same time and when it hit a certain second everyone would attack.
