What sports I practice?

To go to school I used to walk on the streets.

I prefer to walk than to take the bus.

Or if the weather is shinning I also like to take my longboard instead of walking.

What do I eat?

I eat red more than three times a week.

For the white one it's one time a week or less.

I used to go to the fast food at least once a week, and sometime more than that.

Because it's easier than cook your own meal.

What should I do?

  • Eat more fish.
  • Reduce fat grease.
  • Diversify what I am eating.
  • Practice at least 2/3 hours of sport per week.
  • Drink less soda/alcoholic drink.
  • Stop smoking.
